According to our strategy, we dedicated 2007 year for market studies, fine-tuning operations for market approach, and franchise support preparation. Therefore, for the beginning year, we have focused mainly on the Bucharest real estate market. However, according to our 5-years sales plan, CENTURY 21 Romania will also look into expanding in the territory, considering that Romanian real estate market is expected to became very dynamic and to follow an upward trend.
