The Romanian CENTURY 21 Network joined the governmental „Prima Casă" (First Home) program by offering free of charge services to buyers through this program and periodical informative seminars.

Furthermore, CENTURY 21 Romania added a new search option on the Network's real estate portal www.century21.ro to instantly select the properties eligible for this program, as well as the estimated monthly mortgage payment.

The buyers can also receive email notification alerts with new properties listed for sale on www.century21.ro based on their requirements, such as location, features or budget.
